  • How do I know if my order went through?

    Right after you place your order, you will receive an order number which confirms that your order went through successfully. We will send you an email notification when your order ships, along with a tracking number. You can track your package at UPS.

  • Why doesn't my tracking number work when I enter it on www.UPS.com?

    Usually it takes about 24 hours from when you get the tracking e-mail for your tracking number to be processed. If you still have a problem, feel free to contact us by e-mail or phone.

  • What is your return policy?

    At CandyLicious we stand behind the quality and taste of our products. If there's a problem with your order or you just simply don't like what you ordered, we will do whatever it takes to make it right for you. To Initiate a return, please contact us within 10 business days. Due to the fact that these are perishable items, they need to be returned within that time frame. We also apply a 15% restocking fee as needed. We ask that you keep the original box that your order came in as well as your invoice or order number, this way we can insure that the return is a swift and smooth process. We cannot take back any returns on any Seasonal Items

  • Do you charge Sales Tax?

    We collect Sales Tax only on shipments in NY State. No Sales Tax on shipments outside of NY.
